Take 1 shot per day, ideally 5–10 minutes before lunch, or before physical activity. Some ingredients in this liquid formula may naturally settle at the bottom over time. Each box provides 20 shots. For a 1-month regimen, you have the option to discontinue taking the dose on weekends.
